Once I have bought the course, how can I see it?
To view a purchased course, simply go to your private area (top right) and click on "My courses", where you can enjoy them anywhere in the world and on any device (mobile, tablet or desktop PC).
How long will I be able to see the courses?
Access to the courses is unlimited! You can watch them as many times as you want, from wherever you want and with any device.
How long does it take from when I pay for a course until I can see it?
No time, it's instant. Once payment is confirmed by credit card or Paypal, the course should be accessible from your private area. If not, write to us at soporte@gusgeijo.com
Can I download the courses?
The courses are not downloadable. They are exclusively for online viewing for two reasons:
- So they are always with you (accessible from any device anywhere in the world with your login information).
- So we can keep bringing out new content, which you will always be informed of in case it is of interest to you.
Can I give them to someone?
Yes, you can see the "Gift Course" button. Click on it, the purchase process is the same. You will have the option of receiving a gift voucher that you will be able to print and deliver physically, or you can give us their information in the purchase process and we will send it to him/her when you tell us.
I have received a gift voucher, what should I do?
First you must register. Once registered, go to your private area (top right) and click on "Redeem gift voucher". You will be prompted for your voucher code. Once validated, you will have access to the courses that have been given to you in your private area in the "My courses" tab.
How can I stay up to date with new courses?
When you register on the website, we save your e-mail. Don't worry, we don't send spam. We only send news and updates very occasionally.
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal. Optionally you can pay by bank transfer. Our bank is Spanish, so if you don't live in Spain, it would be an international transfer. Check with your bank about the fees you will be charged for this type of transfer. If you want to pay for your order by bank transfer, please contact us at soporte@gusgeijo.com.
Can I see the price of the courses and packs in the currency of my country?
Yes, below the price or at the top right you have a CHANGE CURRENCY button, there you can choose your country and the currency you are most acquainted with. We will show you an estimate of the cost of each course in the selected currency. Although the payment will be in Euros, we use the most up to date exchange rate to show you the price, however, the actual exchange rate will be your bank, so there may be minimal variations in the exchange rate applied.
Can I pay in Euros even if another currency is used in my country?
Yes, your bank or Paypal will do the conversion to your local currency at the current exchange rate. You don't have to worry about anything, it's automatic.
Are you having problems making the payment?
If you have tried making payment with card or paypal and you have not been able to do so, write to soporte@gusgeijo.com for other payment methods.
Do you award a certificate upon completion?
No. We cannot deliver an academic certificate because the training is not officially regulated.
I have another brand of camera. Will the courses be relevant to me?
Yes! The concepts are the same for any DSLR camera regardless of brand. In some of the courses the settings are explained with the teacher’s camera and you only have to look for them in your own camera.
Can't open the example RAW files?
Maybe your version of Camera Raw is not up to date and you need to update it. If so, head to the Adobe page. However, for each RAW file we attach a JPG version so you don't have any problems.
